Scope and Purpose
We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Professional to join the dynamic NY Treasury team, part of the Global Treasury operation of a large European Banking Group. The candidate will be joining the Money Market and ALM Desk, broadly in charge of the management of USD funding activities, internal asset pricing, ALM management, interest rate risk management/positioning. The role requires an excellent understanding of financial markets, working knowledge of relevant financial instruments and applied models. It also demands focus on the achievement of budget goals and monitoring PL results. The position offers growth and cross training opportunities to seriously talented and motivated candidates.
The salary range for this job offer would be $ 85.000,00 - $ 135.000,00

Required experience
• Undergraduate Busines degree with concentration Finance, Economics or Accounting
• Graduate Degree (MBA, MS in Finance, Accounting or equivalent) a plus or applicable on the Job training.
• 5 + year of related work experience
• Advanced analytical skills and extensive knowledge of Money Market instruments (Loans and Deposits, Commercial Papers and CDs, Interest Rate Swaps, etc.), conventions, inter-relationships, operating procedures and the ability to effectively operate on the marketplace. Knowledge of Financing Structures, Lending Facilities, Structured Finance.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with trading counterparties, maintain banking relations, interact with customers and internal and external control and compliance bodies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to respond to rapidly changing market conditions.
• Ability to analyze financial transactions and make or recommend market decisions.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg, MS Office, Excel proficiency, Kondor+ or equivalent Front office applications is a plus.

• Comprehensive knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC compliance requirements and KYC policies and procedures, NFA Swap Dealer a plus.
