Scope and Purpose

 

• Evaluating the operating and economic performance of the customers  in their portfolio

• Carrying out interrelated administrative and lending activities and seeing to the preparation of commercial notes in connection with lending matters

• Prepare ad hoc presentations/pitches/transaction teasers for customers and prospect transactions

• Interacting with Head Office (Italian) Relationship Managers with regard to corporate customers

• Ensuring quality of the work carried out and that timeframes are observed; taking on an operational  role  in all the transactions

• Promoting the cross selling of Corporate & Investment Banking products, whenever possible

• Activating any corrective action, when necessary

Required Experience

 

• At a minimum 1 year of experience in dealing with small/medium corporations 

• Previous experience in supporting the client relationship management within large financial corporations or as financial analyst in a Treasury of a Large Corporation, a plus

• Previous management of Italian counterparts with operation in the US, a plus

Competencies Required

 

• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial banking products

• Understanding of accounting rules and regulations

• Able to with Small/Medium Corporate Counterparts

• Sound understanding and U.S. corporate marketplace

• Proficiency in Excel

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

 

• Undergraduate in Finance, BA or Accounting

• Good analytical skills

• Fluency in Italian, including writing skill, a must

• Credit training, a plus 

• Legal right to work in the united states
