Scope and Purpose

Finance: 
      Responsible for Statutory Compliance management
      Vendor and Utility payments
      Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations and month and annual end closing activities 
      Handling tax deductions and filing quarterly TDS returns
      Maintaining petty cash and accounting files 
      Providing data for annual budget preparation
      Coordinating for Foreign Inward Remittance
      Coordinating with the auditor, legal consultant and company secretary
      Organizing and maintaining all the data for annual submission to RBI and Ministry of Corporate Affairs 
 (MCA)

Procurement:
      Documentation of requirements of various departments
      Seeking quotations from vendors 
      Finalisation of vendor and generating purchase/work order

Facilities Management:
       Overseeing Front desk, office admin related issues, soft services, engineering issues, infrastructure upgrade and coordinating for offices
      Responsible for Travel management
      Procurement of office automation devices, mobile devices, data cards, pre-printed stationery et cetera
      Managing and organising corporate gifting
      Cost effective repairs and maintenance of all the office and timely renewal of AMC and service contracts
      Managing and coordinating for telephone, Internet and mobile connections
      Maintaining track record of attendance and leaves of all the employees 
      Organizing the events conducted in office premises by providing end to end arrangements (pre & post meeting arrangements, food & beverages related requests, screening etc.) 
      Handling Employees engagement activities like festivals, birthday celebrations et cetera, if required

Required Experience

2  years relevant work experience

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

University Gradate Holder, in Human Resources Management or related disciplines  will be advanced
Proficient in HKIS and PC Applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Competencies required    Excellent in taking initiatives;
Ability to work consistently and independently; 
Sell-motivated, Creative, Good Analytical Thinking and Good Numeric sense
