We are looking for people who have just graduated and are interested in Statistics, Economics area might work as well

You will be in a team, working on Customer Experience in Corporate& Investment Banking Division.

ACTIVITIES

 

 

  • Managing statistics models and developing customer satisfaction quantitative and qualitative metrics
  • Analising database
  • Understanding and syntesizing "so what" of each analysis
  • Implementing presentations
  • Defining actions to support commercial developments related to the customer surveys

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

 

  • You will be able to understand the logics of the service and the department
  • You will learn how to handle the activities for this role
  • You will develop familiarity with the platforms used for this activity

REQUIREMENTS

 

We are looking for someone with:

- English: written and spoken fluency
- MS Office (particular focus on MS Excel), eventually SAS, "R"

- Analitcal Skills (data management)
- Good communication skills
- Working well in a team
- Self-motivation
- Proactivity and flexibility

 

THE SELECTION PROCESS

 

The selection process is divided into two stages. You will take an interview with the Recruiting & Assessment Center team, that evaluates your soft skills. Those who pass this first step will receive an invitation for a technical interview with the relevant Division. Each candidate will receive feedback, regardless of the result.
