Scope and purpose

 

You will be supporting the work of the office having the following main activities: • elaboration of governance documents of the Foreign Banks transposing the Group solutions and standards; • analysis, adaptation and drafting of Group regulations and support for their implementation by the International Subsidiaries; • contribution to the design of specific processes for the International Subsidiaries within the implementation of the Group's governance model; • acting as a reference point within ISBD for the control and governance functions of the Head Office, such as Compliance, AML, Internal Audit, Shareholders' Dept, Operational and Reputational Risk, etc.; • supporting the Head Office functions and the Subsidiaries in managing the relations with the competent Regulators and in analysing outcomes of the regulatory supervision • drafting of internal governance documents, regulations and reports in the context of the Division

Required Experience

 

• Study or work experience (of any kind, also part time) in an international context is a plus

Skills Required

 

• Preferably legal or economic university degree with an international orientation; • Fluency in English (spoken and written); • Knowledge of Office programs (Excel, Access and Power Point).
