Introduction

 

We are looking for new graduated  preferably in Economy and Modern Literature interested in organization of events.
Teamworking, problem solving and analytical skills are the characteristics we are looking for in people who want to start a path within our Group.

You will work within the Human Resources Department of International Subsidiary Banks Division, dealing with the development of the strategy across the Division and the Subsidiaries.

Activities

 

You will be supporting the work of the team having the following main activities:
 
 - Support events origination, planning, activation and feedback in an international environment
 - Support the business and networking activity in cross border projects

What you will learn

- You will be able to implement PR and events organizations skills
 - You will develop international backgrounds and capabilities to deal with different counterpart
- You will learn about effective support of a corporate culture and sense of belonging

Requirements

 

 

We are looking for someone with:
 - High capability to deal with people
 - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
 - Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
 - Appreciated previous experience (also in internship) in sport initiatives, digital area
 - Motivation for an international and multicultural role
