ESG Analyst Internship

We are looking for new graduated  preferably in Economics/Management Engineering interested in ESG themes and financial world.

Teamworking, problem solving and analytical skills are the characteristics we are looking for in people who want to start a path within our Group.

You will work within the Sustainability team  of International Subsidiary Banks Division, dealing with the ESG strategy across the Division and the Subsidiaries.



You will be supporting the work of the team having the following main activities:

  •  Benchmarking on best practices, innovative approaches and new products/services with focus on Financial Services industry
  •  Support in the definition and monitoring of the ESG KPIs for the Division
  •  Support the colleagues on sustainability issues related to Retail and Corporate customers
  •  Support to the preparation and revision of reports and presentations on ESG initiatives
  •  Support to the coordination of projects sponsored by the Division

What you will learn


  • You will be able to analyze and elaborate reports and perform analysis on ESG issues whithin the International Subsidiary Banks  Division perimeter
  • You will develop familiarity with ESG regulation with a direct impact on the Financial Services industry and to work in a complex organizational structure by developing relationships with collegaues and managers of the Division
  • You will learn about innovative solutions and best practices across the banking sector

We are looking for someone with:

  • High interest on ESG themes and sustainability
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering or Economics will be a plus
  • Appreciated previous experience (also in internship) in ESG 
  • Motivation for an international and multicultural role



The selection process is divided in two phases: you will carry out a digital video interview and, if successful, we will invite you to an interview with colleagues from the concerned structure. In any case, you will receive feedback regarding your application.
