Scope and purpose


We are looking for people with IT skills who know how to manage complexity with confidence and maintaining a challenge approach to challenges, developing synergies and inclusion. You will work within the Crediti Risorse Umane and Facilities team within the NPL e Pulse department following activities such as:


  • Support the software development project activities of the reference area of ordinary and non-performing credit that will be based on the latest technologies (i.e. Cloud / DevSecOps platforms, microservices and data architectures, Open API platforms, IoT, AI, Robotic);
  • Control the application maintenance of the software in close cooperation with colleagues and consultants;
  • Support the design of IT transformation paths through the adoption of the latest market technologies;
  • Create of custom solutions for Intesa Sanpaolo based on the requirements and needs of its customers;
  • Realize of digital architectures and medium-long term projects;
  • Support the definition of new and complex applications and data architectures.


Experience required


2-3 years of previous experience where the candidate has had the opportunity to apply their skills in the use of SQL / Oracle language and databases in terms of data structure and relations and the main programming languages

Competence and Skill


  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Possible degrees in Mathematics, Statistics and Physics are evaluated;
  • A degree or master thesis with a focus on cloud technologies, DEVOPS development techniques is a preferential title;
  • Excellent knowledge of English;


One or more of the following skills: 

  • Knowledge of programming languages in a departmental environment (es. JAVA, HTML, PYTON, C++);
  • Knowledge of SQL / Oracle language and of databases in terms of data structure and relationships;
  • Experience of digital architectures (i.e. SOA, microservices, API and data);
  • Knowledge of F / E patterns and frameworks (i.e. Angular, HTML 5, low-code platforms);
  • Knowledge of the main development tools;
  • Ability to analyze the collected data and translate it into a software project.
