Introduction

 

We are looking for graduated ineconomics or quantitative finance, interested in Capital Markets Structuring.

Teamworking, problem solving and analytical skills are the characteristics we are looking for in people who want to start a path within our Group.

You will work within the Structured Projects team, for the Global Markets Solutions & Financing, that develops financial projects / products for the for the IMI CIB (Corporate Investment Banking) Division on a cross-client and cross-asset basis.

 

Activities


The requested structurer

- will help the team to develop new projects / products, in line with IMI CIB client's or Intesa's needs.

- will be in close contact with all the relevant functions of the bank (sales, trading, quants, credits, legal, risk management).

Requirements

 

We are looking for someone with:

  • Master degree in economics or quantitative finance
  • 0-2 years of experience in structuring
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent financial and quantitative skills with legal and accounting experience
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of capital markets, financial products and investment structures (derivatives, secured lending, equity transactions)
  • Good knowledge of banking regulations (CRR, Basel) 
  • Good understanding of accounting principles for investments and derivatives (especially under IFRS)
  • Team player with ability to work in autonomy, liaising with the other offices within the bank (sales, trading, relationship managers and other staff) and with clients

The selection process is divided in two phases: you will carry out a digital video interview and, if successful, we will invite you to an interview with colleagues from the concerned structure. In any case, you will receive feedback regarding your application.
