We are looking for people who have just graduated and are interested in HR & Organization project management.
You will be working with the HR & Organization seniors’ members to ensure the delivery of key HR & organization projects milestones on time and within budget, resource and policy.


• Support in the analysis of functional requirements for HR systems
• Analyse data and prepare dashboard and production of data analytics;
• Assist Organization & HR project managers in documentation material, 
• Provide general administrative support 
• Assist the HR & Organization project teams with project work

What you will learn

• You will be able to acquire a good understanding of data gathering, analysis and summary;
• You will learn how to prepare project documentation (project reports, functional requirements, communication and change management plan; etc...)
• You will develop familiarity with transversal HR & organization activities in a complex organization.

We are looking for someone with:
• A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and Visio)
• Familiarity with project management
• Ability to work under pressure and able to prioritise competing workloads.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and evidence of utilising 'people skills' effectively
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English (French will be a plus).



The selection process is divided in two phases: you will carry out a digital video interview and, if successful, we will invite you to an interview with colleagues from the concerned structure. In any case, you will receive feedback regarding your application.
