Scopo e Attività

The candidate shall independently manage, under the management's instructions, a portfolio of clients consisting of trusts and Luxembourg companies. The candidate shall liaise with the clients and their beneficial owners; shall coordinate the relations with the various professionals who assist the clients; shall act as the company secretary of the Luxembourg companies; shall deal with all aspects of relations paying particular attention to risk, compliance and anti-money laundering profiles with respect to the current regulations and the Group regulations, supported by the competent corporate functions. The candidate shall report hierarchically to the Head of the UBI Trustee's Client Relationship Department. Among the main activities: • Measure and analyze the customer's needs at the time of entering into the relationship and also along the relationship; • Manage, in agreement with the external professionals involved, the administrative, accounting and tax obligations related to a portfolio of clients consisting of trusts and Luxembourg companies; • Draw up communications to be sent to the clients, with the support of the Company's Legal Function and subject to the prior authorization of the Management, regarding the feasibility of extraordinary or complex operations that may be requested; • Oversee the formal and substantial quality of reports and documents for Compliance purposes, liaising, where necessary, with the Company's Compliance Function; • Collaborate, in agreement with the Department Manager and the Compliance Function of the Company, for preparing documents to be submitted to the Company Body responsible for evaluating the acceptance of new clients or the periodic review of the existing ones. 

Esperienza Richiesta

3-4 years-experience in the industry, acquired within a local fiduciary company specialized in Corporate Advisory or a similar role. 

Competenze Richieste

Who we are looking for: A person who has- • an adequate university education in economic or legal matters, with a good knowledge of Trusts and Luxembourg corporate law in the field of Luxembourg corporate structures and investment vehicles; • fluency in Italian, English and French; • a good knowledge of companies' bookkeeping and accounts; • The following elements shall represent a plus: o Studies in economic and fiscal topics; o Previous experience acquired in similar roles; o Proven track record in the establishment and management of special investment vehicles provided for by the Luxembourg law (RAIF and SIF); o Technical knowledge of the most frequent banking operations, including credit operations. Attitudes, Skills: • Ability to work autonomously, albeit under the supervision of the Department Manager; • Ability to work under pressure in certain periods of the year of major workload, relating to administrative and fiscal deadlines to which the portfolio clients are subject; • Good relationship skills within the team, easing to cooperate with other Company's functions; • ensure a back-up role to the colleagues of the Department, in case of their absence or constraint; • Willingness to participate in specific training courses to improve his/her own technical knowledge.
