Eurizon Capital SA - Collateral Management Senior Officer

Scope and Purpose

We are looking for a Collateral Manager for the Operations & Finance Department of Eurizon Capital S.A.

Main activities:

• Perform the daily margin management for the funds served, related to OTC non cleared derivatives
• Mitigation of credit risk through the determination and calling for margins on a portfolio level
• Contact the counterparts to agree on margin calls within the prescribed time frame
• Manage and controls the settlement cycle of the collateral related transactions
• Maintain eligibility criteria and customer account master static data as per terms of CSAs
• Reconcile the OTC MTM, Minimum Thresholds and resulting Collateral calls
• Produce reporting of collateral activity performed
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects when needed

Experience required

Significant professional experience (at least 4 years) in a similar position

Competencies required

• Academic background (Bachelor or Master)
• Knowledge of ISDA/CSA Documentation
• Good knowledge of computer-based tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Access is considered as an asset
• Advanced English, Italian nice to have, French is a plus
