LND - Rates Sales on UK market (Business Director)

Scope and Purpose

Develop the UK market for the Rates products and strengthen the Bank's current relationships
Assist customers in primary and secondary activity with Intesa Sanpaolo
Work to develop Intesa Sanpaolo's flow franchise on fixed income products through an extensive commercial/market activity

Required Experience

Solid experience in a similar role in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 bank

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

Master/Bachelor Degree in Economics or Finance
Good analytical skills
Proficient knowledge and genuine interest in the Rates markets, with sound experience on IR derivatives, European peripheral govies and exposure to Private Placement business
Capacity to analyse market environment, RV trades, client portfolio dynamics, primary and secondary markets peculiarities for the specified asset classes
English mother tongue level, Italian or other MENA language also preferred
Proven and effective relationships with UK, RMs (including insurance and pension funds) and HF
Very good interpersonal skills and ability to partner up with all the stake-holders in the process
