It is looking for new qualify profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:

Scope and Purpose

  • Assist in the preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials;
  • Gather public information through numerous sources;
  • Analyse company performance on an absolute and relative basis;
  • Assist in the creation of models for financial analysis, forecasts and valuation metrics;
  • Assist in the drafting of "teasers" and Confidential Information Memorandums for sell-side assignments;
  • Assist in the execution of deals;
  • Produce and maintain various databases;
  • Provide training/support for interns.

Required Experience

1-2 years' experience in similar M&A role within investment bank, "Big-4", M&A boutique/consultant highly preferential; exceptional candidates with 6-month internship in similar setting can also be considered.

Competencies Required

  • Degree in economics and financial disciplines highly preferred, engineering degrees can also be considered
  • Proficiency in both Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge in Corporate Finance and Accounting analysis;
  • Knowledge and application skills of the main company valuation methods (DCF, LBO analysis, Multiples);
  • Language skills: fluency in English a must have; Italian speakers preferred (but not strictly required).
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Distinctive relational skills; team worker;
  • Solid analytical skills with high attention to detail;
  • High and constant motivation and reliability;
  • Pragmatic, problem-solving approach; autonomy and speed of learning;
  • Ability to work in stressful conditions and at tight deadlines
