Scope and Purpose

•    Assist in supporting the daily trade activities (mainly on Forex, Money Market, Interest Rate Swap, Bonds), such as deal amendment / cancellation 
•    Assist in supporting the trade process of OTC derivatives under back-to-back model, such as deal validation, confirmation handling, break investigation
•    Liaising with clearing broker on the process of clearing transaction.
•    Assist in resolving trade discrepancies and reconcile trade data among systems, liaising with trading desks, back office 
•    Addressing ad hoc inquiries in coordinate with front office and other support team, locally and globally.
•    Assist in preparing and delivering daily report such as P/L report, reconciliation result
•    Maintain market data on deal booking system (e.g. creation of new Bonds, Futures etc.)
•    Perform daily reconciliation on Position / Profit & Loss among system to ensure data integrity
•    Prepare the periodic reporting under EMIR/DFA/HKTR requirement.
•    Support the EOD / EOM process under head office guideline

Required Experience

2 years of relevant experience in relevant field

Competencies Required

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

    Degree/Diploma holder in Accounting, or Finance or equivalent
    Solid knowledge in financial products across asset classes
    Strong analytical skills and proficient in Excels
    Ability to work independently and under pressure, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
    Proactive and self-initiative and act as a good team player
