Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni - Dublin Branch - Junior Product Oversight & Communications Analyst

Scope and Purpose

We are looking for a Junior Product Oversight & Communications Analyst with experience in managing client communications and supporting product oversight and governance processes.

The main activities are:
- oversight of insurance investment products documentation;
- ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance processes;
- defining and developing the communication set dedicated to clients;
- support the Product Development team in managing the POG (Product Oversight and Governance) process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations;
- manage internal communications related to the formalization of product governance activities, including communications to key functions;
- define the communication set, business requirements, layout, and draft the texts of customer communications;
- define, execute, and validate testing activities.

Required Experience

1- 2 years of experience in roles supporting the governance of insurance investment products or managing customer communications.

Competencies Required

Good knowledge of IT tools: Office package, document management systems.
Languages: italian fluent, english intermediate

Additional Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

A knowledge "wepog" system  will be an additional asset.
Experience in working with Universo is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A good knowledge of product governance and regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II, IDD
