Role description

IT technical support Admin. Is responsible – in coordination with the outsourcers - for the smooth running of the Company IT service, from the server factory up to the desktop management..

IT technical support Admin is active part of project activities, for the delivery of ICT services in response to business needs and/or to enable continuing innovation of the ICT infrastructure in accordance with best practises and audit requirements.

Current position responsibilities include:

  • act as the bridge between both internal/external IT Service Providers and the company,
  • challenge solutions proposed by the external providers to assure the best implementation is in place for the company benefit
  • Monitor Outsourcer’s SLAs continuously improving existing reporting, als through improvements and organization of the ticketing systems.
  • monitor and maintain - in liaison with outsourcer - computer systems and networks to ensure the highest level of efficiency,
  • In cooperation with the outsourcers to be a central part of problem management and incident management processes, troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software fault,
  • Support the introduction of new applications in the company, from the technical and security assessment up to (eventually) the scouting of the best solutions
  • Maintain a sounding and constantly updated application inventory

Essential requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical domain, IT or Computer science would be additional assets
  • 4 - 6 years’ experience within an IT role,
  • Knowledge of IT Industry’s KPIs, & Standards
  • Good excel and reporting tools knowledge 
  • English, Italian would be a solid advantage

Desired qualifications, knowledge and experiences

  • Previous experience in monitoring IT outsourcers or service providers
  • Experience on Assets and licences management
  • Experience with reports’ design and creation
  • Advanced excel knowledge for data analysis
  • IT and Cyber Security awareness, NIST and CSF exposure is an asset
