Scope and Purpose

The candidate will join the PM Office & Internal Processes and Procedures structure whose main tasks are:
•    define and coordinate all projects to be undertaken by the Company and coordinate the yearly program and budget; identify and monitor the allocation of resources to the projects.
•    liaise between projects stakeholders, produce documentation of process flows, coordinate and plan system upgrade implementation.

In particular, the candidate will collaborate with the team, assisting them in:
•    Managing internal and group projects (regulatory, efficiency and business project)
•    Producing project management documentation and presenting to relevant stakeholders
•    Producing and developing project plan
•    Managing changes
•    Identifying and monitor the allocation of resources to the projects 
•    Controlling projects costs
•    Company Program management 
•    Ensuring project success through strong expectation management and governance methodologies
•    Managing multiple complex stakeholder relationships
•    Communication management 
•    Outsourcers and third parties management

Required Experience

Previous Work experience (at least 1 year) in a PMO role including planning, creative development, execution, measurement, and optimization
Knowledge/Experience on the financial and insurance services is an asset

Competencies Required

•    Degree in technology related discipline.
•    Broad understanding of Application, Information and Infrastructure technologies & practices
•    Languages: Italian and English
•    Computer Skills : Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project and Outlook
•    Strong communication skills at all company levels
