ISBD - Governance Designer Internship

Introduction

What will be your activities

• Define and coordinate the internal committees' framework of ISBD, including drafting of respective regulations
• Contribute to monitoring, analysing and distributing of the Group Rules to the International Banks, as well as supporting their implementation
• Adapt the Group Rules and drafting of specific regulations addressed to International Subsidiaries and supporting their implementation
• Contribute to the coordination of activities regarding Product Governance Oversight within ISBD
• Participate in ISBD projects and initiatives in the streams related to governance issues

•  Skills of organizational analysis and of governance / organizational models and processess definition

Requirements

• University degree in Low/Economics
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of Office Programs (Excel, Access and Power Point)

The selection process is divided in two phases: you will carry out a digital video interview and, if successful, we will invite you to an interview with colleagues from the concerned structure. In any case, you will receive feedback regarding your application.
