Scope and Purpose

The candidate will join a dynamic and motivated team, that is strongly committed to originating ECM transactions, also as part of structured Investment Banking solutions, from key Italian and European clients of the Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo

Required experience

Multi-year experience in ECM

Competencies required

-    Deep knowledge of the full range of ECM products and their application in structured investment banking solutions
-    Accurate analysis capabilities to support a tailor-made approach to customers
-    Ability to develop effective commercial pitches, in collaboration with other relevant desks
-    Customer oriented approach and commercial skills to effectively interact with CIB clients
-    Propensity for domestic and international business development
-    Innovative mindset 
-    Teamwork-oriented attitude and predisposition towards collaboration-    Deep knowledge of the full range of ECM products and their application in structured investment banking solutions
