Scope and Purpose

Among the main tasks the position requires you will find:

• Preparation of regular daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports
• Proposals and solutions with regard to automation of reporting
• Data preparation for regular materials presented at BoD, SB, etc.
• Communication with IT provider regarding the service and changes within local website
• Participation on selected projects (digital marketing, social media, improvement of company processes)
• Communication with local sale network - participation on trainings, workshops, lectures
• Following world investment trends and preparation actual info about situation on financial markets 

The position is based in Bratislava.

Experience Required

• At least 2-3 years working experience in: banking/financial services/asset management/insurance industry on similar position
• At least some of: 1) reporting 2) processes improvements 3) data analysis 4) digital marketing 5) project management 

Competencies Required

• University degree (masters) in Economics, alternatively technical field
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Excel especially, MS Power Point, MS Word); knowledge of Visual Basic is an advantage
• Good knowledge in Automation and optimization of reporting area, processes improvements, Data Analysis, Project management, Digital Marketing and Creation of marketing/product strategies
• Fluent level of English language both in writing and speaking (at least B2 level)
• Analytical skills (focus on detail) and aptitude in problem-solving
• Good communication skills
• Internationally minded/intercultural awareness
